Technical Support Specialist: AMOS Software Support - Santa Ana, CA

Our Technical Assistance Center has an immediate opening for an AMOS Software Support Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is telephone-based software support for all of Alpha Microsystems' AMOS products, including programming languages, operating systems, and applications. Your duties may include some support for hardware, Windows (WFW, NT, and 95) and networking (Novell and Windows). The position requires excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and the ability to clearly communicate options and solutions over the phone. You will interface primarily with VARs, field service personnel, and some end-users.
